Replace Missing Teeth
Dental implants are the perfect solution to replace any missing teeth. They provide a permanent natural looking solution with high levels of comfort.
Implants also help reduce the need for dentures or partial dentures and improve the ability to chew, which other solutions may now allow.
The loss of just one tooth can knock confidence greatly and so being able to replace that tooth with a dental implant will bring that confidence back. It’s like you never lost a tooth at all!

Full Arch Dental Implants

At Saving Faces, we offer full arch dental implants alongside our single implant options. This solution is ideal for those who require replacement of an entire row of teeth. Unlike standard implants that replace individual teeth, full arch implants provide a more extensive restoration, ideal for patients with significant tooth loss or deterioration.
Full arch implants offer a transformative solution, replicating the appearance and function of natural teeth. The benefit to full arch implants is that an entire row can be fitted with just four titanium implants and therefore require less invasive work, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and oral functionality. By using a series of strategically placed implants to support a full arch of prosthetic teeth, this procedure offers a blend of durability, comfort, and natural appearance.
Our expert team ensures that these implants are seamlessly integrated with your oral structure, offering a long-lasting and comfortable solution. If you’re considering a comprehensive dental restoration, our full arch dental implants could be the perfect choice for you. Contact us for more information or to schedule a consultation.

The Dental Implant Treatment Process
Missing Tooth
The first is the extraction, or falling out, of the problem tooth and then the gum preparation.
Placement of Implant
Next is the installation of the titanium screw in the jaw, that replaces the natural root. This metal “root” acts as an anchor which is firmly in place in your jawbone.
Restoration of Implant
The final stage is where an implant crown, moulded to match your teeth, is attached to the screw.

How much are dental implants?
Prices start from around £2000 for dental implants but it can vary depending on the complexity of the case. A free consultation will allow you to understand the work involved and the exact price it will cost.
Is it safe to have dental implants?
Yes. It is one of the safest and most predictable procedures a dentist can perform. Fitting dental implants has been a common procedure for more than 30 years, plus we have years of experience fitting dental implants in Liverpool.
How long will the implants last?
Dental implants are like any other tooth; how long they last very much depends on how well you look after them. If they are properly taken care of, dental implants will last for many years. However, if they are not, you could begin to suffer from soreness, discomfort or even gum disease. For more details visit our guide- How long do dental implants last
I have some of my own teeth. Can I have implants?
Yes. We are able to replace everything from a single tooth to a complete set of teeth.
Do implants hurt?
You will not feel any pain during the procedure as it is usually done using a local aesthetic. Like any extraction, there may be a small level of discomfort following the surgery. This will usually subside after a week at maximum though.
If I had gum disease when I had my own teeth, will I get it with the implants?
Gum disease will affect your implants in the same way it affects your teeth. Make sure they are looked after carefully and have them regularly checked to avoid damage.
Are the implants visible?
